To celebrate 25 years of ‘Asleep In The Back’, elbow will return to Manchester’s Ritz this November for three very special hometown shows on 20th, 21st & 22nd November 2026.
The band will perform ‘Asleep In The Back’ in its entirety, alongside selected B-sides and rarities.
Guy Garvey: “It’s fascinating for us to revisit the atmosphere we created, and the Ritz feels like the perfect setting to capture that atmosphere. A time machine night for us and for the fans. See you there.”
Robert Plant has covered elbow’s ‘The Blanket of Night’ as part of the British Red Cross album, ‘The Long Road’, an eclectic collection of songs inspired by the plight of refugees.
All money raised from the album will go directly to the British Red Cross refugee services in the UK.
