To celebrate 25 years of ‘Asleep In The Back’, elbow will return to Manchester’s Ritz this November for three very special hometown shows on 20th, 21st & 22nd November 2026.
The band will perform ‘Asleep In The Back’ in its entirety, alongside selected B-sides and rarities.
Guy Garvey: “It’s fascinating for us to revisit the atmosphere we created, and the Ritz feels like the perfect setting to capture that atmosphere. A time machine night for us and for the fans. See you there.”
In 2009, elbow performed ‘The Seldom Seen Kid’ with the BBC Concert Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios, London.
You’ll be able to hear the whole concert this November on BBC Radio 2 as part of #R2InConcert50, celebrating fifty years of live music on the station.
